Our Policies:

- $250 confirmation reservation
- 8 people maximum including children
- Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more before rental date 29 days or less before rental date a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged
- Taxes and other fees are included in rates
- No maid service
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the rental unit
- Departure is on or before 1:00 p.m. of last day of rental
