- $250 confirmation reservation
- Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more before rental date 29 days or less before rental date a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged
- Maximum 10 people including children
- No maid service
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the rental house
- Arrival time is on or after 6:00 pm on Friday and departure is on or before noon on the following Friday
